Fall of Troy Announces Breakup

Washington state prog-rockers Fall of Troy announced Friday that they have decided to break up according to Alternative Press.  Frontman Thomas Erak revealed the information on the band’s website via post that read “”Andrew, Frank and I have decided to end our career as the Fall Of Troy” due to the members following “three different paths in [their] lives.”  Erak added that there was no controversy between any of the band members and that the decision was mutual among the group.

Fall of Troy will finish up their tour dates that are scheduled throughout April.  Throughout their career, the band released four albums, with their final album released in October of 2009 on Equal Vision Records entitled In the Unlikely Event.  Erak added in his statement that though Fall of Troy has ended, he will continue his musical career.
