The Dirty Projectors are offering a limited edition 7inch, Ascending Melody, for free digital download from the band’s website. The physical 7inch is available through Domino Mart and features two previously unreleased trakcs from the Bitte Orca sessions.
After a busy 2009 with performances on the Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and collaborations with David Byrne and the Roots, Dirty Projectors will be featured at New York City’s Lincoln Center as part of the American songbook series on February 19th, as well as co-headlining performance with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at Walt Disney Concert Hall Febryary 27th and Coachella in mid-April
