Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Beat The Devil’s Tattoo

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club will be dropping their fifth studio album, Beat The Devil’s Tattoo on March 9, 2010, but this time, they are doing hings a little different this time.  Not only with the LP be released on their own, new label Abstract Dragon (in collaboration with Vagrant Records), but features their new drummer, Leah Shapiro, and a return to Philly to write the record with finishing studio touches completed in Los Angeles.

This announcement follows the release of the DVD Live by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, which included 2 DVDs and 1 CD, featuring concert footage from Berlin, Dublin, and Glasgow, behind-the-scenes footage, the making of their third full-length Howl, all while chronicling the tailend of their 2007 tour supporting Baby 81.  Live also includes a 14-song bonus live album.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club will be starting out their headline tour on February 26 in Sacramento and ends in New York (at Webster Hall) on April 8.  Pre-sale for the dates below is available here.
