Fred Mascherino of The Color Fred (and formerly Taking Back Sunday) has teamed up with Andy Jackson of Hot Rod Circuit, Steven Lucarelli of Once Nothing and ex-drummer for VersaEmerge Anthony Martone to form new band – Initials. Their first batch of songs will be released tonight at their first show in West Chester, PA. After a few tour dates, Mascherino and Jackson plan to flesh out the rest of the album in the coming months and are expecting to release the album in 2010.
Intials’ tour dates are the following:
10/28 – West Chester, PA – The Note
10/29 – Brooklyn, NY – Cameo
11/12 – Brooklyn, NY – Knitting Factory (w/ Hawthorne Heights, Just Surrender)
11/13 – Cherry Hill, NJ – 7 @ 7 (w/ The Scenic)
