Model shoegazers Asobi Seksu are in the midst of a short tour this fall and planning to release Rewolf, their second album of 2009.
While it’s set to be an acoustic affair, it was recorded in the midst of their UK tour earlier this year at the legendary Olympic Studios just before they closed their doors after 50 years of operation. It will be a collection of re-workings of b-sides and cuts from their first 3 albums (Asobi Seksu, Citrus and Hush) as well as cover of Hope Sandoval’s “Suzanne.”
