Sublime, of Long Beach country fame, will be reuniting with a new 20-year-old lead singer, Rome, for the Smokeout Festival. The festival will be held October 23-24 at the San Manuel Amphitheatre in San Bernardino, CA and will feature Slipknot, deftones, Cypress Hill, Pennywise, Methodman Redman, and Kottonmouth Kings, among other.
