Jay-Z has just announced he will stand in for the Beastie Boys and headline night one of the All Points West Music & Arts Festival. The rapper, who will be making his first U.S. festival debut on July 31, is joining Tool, Coldplay, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arctic Monkeys and Fleet Foxes for the three-day event. More than 65 acts are slated to perform at Liberty State Park in New York City. For more information on ticket sales and performances, go to the All Points West website.
