Jay-Z has just announced he will stand in for the Beastie Boys and headline night one of the All Points West Music & Arts Festival. The rapper, who will be making his first U.S. festival debut on July 31, is joining Tool, Coldplay, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arctic Monkeys and Fleet Foxes for the three-day event.
