Coachella 2009 – Thievery Corporation

Thievery Corporation made prime use of a cherry main stage time slot, rotating singers (even Perry Farrell at one point) and focusing more on funk than subdued downtempo. Under the night sky the band’s orchestration was a soothing backdrop, it’s a shame only to see so many fans to run-down to dance.
