Coachella 2009 – Franz Ferdinand

The strongest set of the day so far: Franz Ferdinand. Playing seminal classics (“Take Me Out,” “This Fire”) and new favorites (“No You Girls,” “Do You Wanna”), the four Scottish lads delivered tuneful resonance as the sun set beautifully in the West. Showing the value of strong singles Franz Ferdinand eeked the crowd into a more joyous state.
