San Francisco’s Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival has officially announced it’s lineup for 2009 and it is a doozy. The super eclectic, genre hopping event includes Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Modest Mouse, Incubus, Black Eyed Peas, M.I.A. and Tom Jones(yes, that Tom Jones)among many others.
