With their Silver Anniversary quickly approaching, The Melvins are marking this special occasion by playing four unique “Evening With†gigs in New York, Boston, Chicago and Austin. The festivities begin with a set performed by the bands original line up of Buzz Osborne, Dale Crover (on bass) and original drummer Mike Dillard and will conclude with a second set featuring Trevor Dunn(Mr.Bungle, Madlove). as the band plays their 1993 LP Houdini in its entirety. When asked about 25 years of the Melvins, Buzz Osborne said “We’re living on borrowed time. When the Melvins started I never expected to actually be alive for 25 more years.”
