Amy Winehouse backs out of Coachella

Amy Winehouse will not be playing the Coachella Festival next month due to her most recent legal troubles. The singer will appear in court next week for allegedly assaulting a fan at a London party. These criminal charges make getting a U.S visa very difficult- a fact Winehouse knows first hand when she was denied a visa last year to attend the Grammys following charges of possession.
