Mastadon gear up for North American Tour, Play complete Skye

The prog metal innovators will be touring throughout the US and Canada this Spring and playing their new album Crack the Skye in its entirety- complete with a live stage show. Of the new album and playing it live, Mastadon Guitarist Bill Kelliher said “there’s something about [the album] where it would be weird to leave a song out. We’ll incorporate a whole stage show, which will hopefully make it even more exciting for kids to come see and more visually stimulating.” Crack the Skye will be released March 24, 2009.
