The Hold Steady will release a documentary DVD, “A Positive Rage,” and its first live record on April 7.
The live double is culled from a 2007 Halloween show at Chicago’s Metro. The documentary focuses on the band’s international swing in support of 2006’s Boys and Girls in America.
The band is currently touring through Australia and plans to follow with dates in North America and the U.K.
