From September 11-13 in Monticello, NY, the 2nd annual All Tomorrow’s Parties (ATP) will be taking place. While there’s a decent-sized act to follow from the inaugural edition, which My Bloody Valentine co-curated, the first details of the 2009 edition definitely turn a few heads.
