Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour paid tribute to recently deceased bandmate Rick Wright this week on the BBC’s Late Night…With Jools Holland.
Gilmour played the Wright-written and originally sung, “Remember A Day”, from Floyd’s Saucerful of Secrets.
Gilmour spoke of Wright after the performance, “He was a very self-effacing but very talented, lovely chap. We’re incredibly sad to have lost him.”
