The first annual “Co-ops Rock!” event, being held September 19 at the Moore Theatre in Seattle, will feature The National and Menomena. The benefit concert, sponsored by National Cooperative Grocers Association (NCGA), will attempt to raise awareness and funds for farmers impacted by the recent flooding in the Midwest, as well as secure funds for future natural disasters farmers may face.
