Former Brit-pop titans Oasis will release Dig Out Your Soul on October 7. Following the acclaimed Don’t Believe the Truth from 2005, Dave Sardy will again return to the producer’s chair. “The Shock of Lightning” will be the lead single and Oasis’ first notes of new music since 2007’s “Lord, Don’t Slow Me Down” from the road film with the same moniker.
