Norway’s Quart Festival, scheduled to take place from July 2-5 in the southern region of Kristiansand, has been cancelled. Poor ticket sales coupled with budgetary concerns have led organizers to declare bankruptcy, taking the only option remaining for them. The festival is Norway’s largest, and this year would have been the 17th occurance of the event. Bands listed to appear included The Enemy, Death Cab For Cutie, Dizzee Rascal and Future Of The Left.http://nme.com/news/the-enemy/37172
