Frank Zappa’s September 24th, 1972 concert at the Boston Music Hall will be released on a two-disc set on Vaulternative Records to mark the 35th anniversary of the album The Grand Wazoo. Wazoo is the third concert released by the Zappa Family Trust, which owns Valternative Records, and will include two discs of concert material and liner notes by Wazoo members Malcolm McNab and Gail Zappa (Frank’s widow and director of the trust). The concert featured is the final performance by Zappa’s Grand Wazoo/Hot Rats/Mothers of Invention band.
