Kevin Barnes + Andrew VanWyngarden = Blikk Fang

Of Montreal frontman Kevin Barnes and MGMT frontman Andrew VanWyngarden formed Blikk Fang as joke to start, but now have distant future prospects of releases. While nothing may see the light before this coming winter, Barnes’ Of Montreal bandmate BP Helium explained, “They’ve been half-jokingly writing songs for each other for a while. Kevin will think of an absurd title and tell Andrew to write a song…and then he does! And vice versa.
