Following their highly acclaimed (and mxdwn.com Album of the Year 2006) Broken Boy Soldiers, Jack White, Brendan Benson and members of The Greenhornes will unleash Counsleors of the Lonely on March 25 in all formats.
In a statement, the band explained, “The album was mixed and mastered at the beginning of March. Immediately, vinyl pressing, CD pressing and making arrangements for digital release began. The purpose: to get the album to the fans as soon as possible and as we promised. We wanted to get this record to fans, the press, radio, etc., all at the EXACT SAME TIME so that no one has an upper hand on anyone else regarding it’s availability, reception or perception.”
