Athens, GA legends R.E.M. have firmed up a North American itinerary for their tour supporting Accelerate. With Modest Mouse and The National opening for the trio, the tour won’t kick of until May. However, they’ll also play Langerado in Florida and SXSW in Texas, both in March. Accelerate hits shelves April Fool’s Day.
Their tour will hit the following cities:

June 6–Chicago
June 8–Toronto
June 10–Raleigh
June 11–Washington, DC
