Billboard Changes Policy, Eagles Top Chart

Today Billboard changed the policy of their top 200 list to allow albums that are sold exclusively through one source to appear on the list. The result of this allows The Eagles latest release Long Road Out of Eden to top the charts instead of Brittany Spears’ Blackout>i.http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003668840
