Fresh on the heels of the revocation of Lilly Allen’s visa comes the cancellation of her upcoming US dates with Amy Winehouse. Following Allen’s cancellation, EMI said, “has proven lengthier than anticipated, thus preventing her tour from launching on September 6.”
