Chris Carrabba (a.k.a. Dashboard Confessional) will release his sixth studio LP, The Shade of Poison Trees, October 2. The entirely acoustic effort, produced by Don Gilmore (Pearl Jam, Linkin Park), follows suit with 2000’s acclaimed debut The Swiss Army Romance and 2001’s hit LP The Places You Have Come to Fear the Most. Though details have yet-to-be announced, Carrabba will embark on his first solo North American tour in five years this fall.
