Universal Music Group has formally rejected an offer from the Apple Music Group for a long-term licensing agreement. Universal is quoted as preferring “more flexible” interim agreements, meaning they will only agree on month-to-month arrangements. The result of this deal puts a block on Apple Music’s complete dominance of the music market, and instead offers more room for music distributors like the upcoming Amazon online store to take in more shares of the market.http://www.billboard.biz/bbbiz/content_display/industry/e3id58165d7da6bd72a79791a85fb5bbb9b
