Iron & Wine plan to present a different sort of sound on their next album The Shepard’s Dog. The cd is set to be more playful in sound, already exemplified by the hand claps and jazzy tones on the first single, “Boy With a Coin.” It will be released Sept. 25 from Sub Pop Records.http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003596137
