In an all-cash deal that left all present management stay in place, CBS acquired the UK-based Last.fm for $280 million. The social network was launched 5 years ago and has become a popular repository attracting more than 15 million active users. The deal also sees the site remain a separate entity.http://www.punkbands.com/index.php?id=23769
