Coming off of a year & a half break, 311 have announced plans for a summer tour, as well as studio plans for the fall. The tour has already been pegged as mostly old material, with the occasional sneak peak at songs from the next album. The new album has been noted as being more heavily influenced by “dance hall and funk.”
