With the June 19 release date of Icky Thump, The White Stripes’ follow-up to Get Behind Me Satan, Jack White’s concern for “indie cred” is at an all-time low. With the Stripes signed to Warner Brothers, having used a modern studio to record their latest album and recording a song for a Coke commercial, White is unfazed.
