In correlation with their sixth album, Icky Thumb slated for release this June, The White Stripes have announced plans for a lengthy American tour. The 33-date tour is set to kick off in San Diego on July 29, followed by dates north in Portland and Vancouver, and then returning to California for a 4-night set in Los Angeles. Later stops will include Minneapolis, Chicago, Boston, and Atlantic, with only one New York date set for Coney Island on September 24. A hometown stop in Detroit will mark the end of the tour on October 2.
