Adding to his mostly conjested plate, Danger Mouse will be at the helm of a band who’s members are brought to life through animated characters. Dubbed The Undergroung Animals, the collective will contain “an element of mystery,” says Downtown label head Josh Deutsch. “We have some very celebrated producers and some up-and-comers, all of whom are arranged around Danger. Everybody is producing under a pseudonym.”
Danger Mouse is currently working Gnarls Barkley’s follow-up to the highly acclaimed St. Elsewhere, which is due before the end of 2007.http://www.gigwise.com/news.asp?contentid=26246
