Tom Waits has announced his first tour in almost a decade, playing in some cities for the first time in three times as long. The tour will take him to eight town in August, mostly throughout the South. He will also be starring in two films set for release next year: The Good Heart with Ryan Gosling and Texas Lullaby with John Malkovich and Josh Hartnett.
