R. Kelly OK for Public Viewing

A Chicago-area judge saw no reason to restrict public access to the video tape which alledgedly shows R. Kelly having sex with a thirteen-year-old girl. Both the prosecutors and defense lawyers had requested that the tape be made unavailable to the public, but Judge Vincent Gaughan saw no “overarching interest” in doing so. R.
