Always looking for new ways to recoup lost record sales profits, the RIAA is demanding that satellite radio companies XM and Sirius turn over thirty percent of their revenues. Both companies are currently paying the RIAA royalties in order to play copyrighted music. A deadline of June 30 has been set for an agreement to be reached.
