Howard Stern Sued

Howard Stern’s former employer, CBS, has sued the shock jock, his agent, and his new employer, Sirius Satellite Radio, on the terms that he breached his contract when he left CBS for Sirius. CBS is accusing Stern of using his airtime at CBS to promote is Sirius show as well as making plans with Sirius without disclosing them to CBS, both acts against contract.
