Now that Axl Rose has begun making a few public appearances and his ten-years-in-the-making album Chinese Democracy has been leaked to the Internet, it seems the possibility of an official release could occur this year. Rose confirmed this recently at a tour launch party for Korn. Songs that were leaked include “Better,” “There Was A Time,” and “IRS.” Despite a cease-and-desist order sent by Rose’s management to the Web sites linking the songs and the radio stations playing the tracks, they can still be heard on select stations.
