Death Cab for Cutie offshoot Postal Service has accused Apple of remaking a video of theirs without permission for use in an advertisement. The video in question was created for “Such Great Heights,” a breakout song for the band featured prominently in the film Garden State and recent M&Ms commercials. Apple’s video, which promotes their use of Intel technology, was shot by the same director as the original Postal Service video.
