50 Cent has been quoted as saying that he plans to only release another two albums–thus fulfilling his contract with Shady Aftermath records–before retiring from the spotlight. Much like Dr. Dre before him, 50 plans work behind the scenes as a producer working with up-and-coming artists. The rapper also hinted that his own mentor, Eminem, might be on a similar path. Speculation about Eminem taking himself out of public view began with rumors that the last Anger Management tour would be his last tour ever.
