DMX Leaves Def Jam

Upon his release from Riker’s Island, DMX will be leaving Def Jam Records in favor of Sony Music. He is hoping the move will help keep him out of trouble. For this same reason, he turned down an offer from 50 Cent’s G-Unit Records.
