A Belgian judge ruled in favor of songwriter Salvatore Acquaviva and his claim that Madonna’s song “Frozen” from her spiritually enlightened album Ray of Light plagerized his song “Ma Vie Fout L’camp.” There has been no statement from Madonna’s camp regarding the incident, but Acquaviva’s lawyer has said the song will be removed from radio and TV and Ray of Light removed from store shelves. It is unclear whether these terms are in place strictly for Belgium or all countries where the album is sold.http://www.gigwise.com/news.asp?contentid=10753
