Grokster reached a settlement with the RIAA on Monday and will no longer be distributing software. In a statement on their Web site, Grokster noted that they are not among the legal services used for downloading music and movies. Grokster will be bought by Mashboxx LLC and presumably turned into a legitimate downloading service a la iTunes.http://www.cnn.com/2005/TECH/internet/11/07/grokster.reut/index.html?section=cnn_tech
