Kanye Sues DJ

Kanye West is suing Chicago DJ Eric “E-Smoove” Miller after Miller allegedly tried to find a distributor for masters he helped West record in 1995. The suit goes on to state that in an effort to secure a distribution deal, Miller forged a recording contract between himself and West.http://www.billboard.com/bb/daily/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1001051112
