Trent Reznor has posted a 70mb GarageBand file of his latest single “The Hand That Feeds” for fans to download and remix. The file contains the original seventeen tracks that went into creating the single, transferred directly from Reznor’s Pro Tools recording session. Reznor encourages fans to “experiment, embellish or destroy what’s there.” Though some bands have been more generous with their music than others, this is the first time a major label artist has given fans such direct access.www.nin.com
