Prefuse 73 Album, Tour in Spring

Surrounded by Silence, the new album from Prefuse 73, is due March 22, and leader Scott Herren is currently plotting out the supporting worldwide tour. Hopefully beginning in Japan in March, the tour should reach North America by May.
