MTV VMA Noms and Firsts

The 2004 MTV VMAs will, for the first time, have no host and will not take place in NYC or LA. Scheduled for August 29th, the awards will be held in Miami. Leading the nominations this year is Jay-Z with his controversial “99 Problems” video.
