Lollapalooza Cancelled

With “heart gripped despair” Perry Farrell announced the cancellation of the entire Lollapalooza 2004 summer tour owing to “huge financial losses.” Purchased tickets will be refunded and fans will just have to wait until bands like Sonic Youth, Pixies, Modest Mouse, Wilco, the Von Bondies, Morrissey, PJ Harvey, and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club are brought together at another time.
