Reznor Sues for Millions

Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails is suing his former manager John Malm and his former business manager/accountant for millions. Reznor accuses the two of signing him to an unfair contract which allowed them to take twenty percent of NIN earnings even if they no longer represented him and collect income payable to Reznor. They are also accused of taking half of NIN merchandising profits and Nothing Records (co-founded by Reznor and Malm), as well as using Reznor’s money and company money for “personal travel, entertainment, and expenses.” Reznor is seeking to be repaid all that is owed him and full interest in NIN.
