Nirvana Nevermind Guitar Tech Sued

Earnest “Guitar” Bailey, a guitar tech during Nirvana’s Nevermind Tour is being sued by a Phil Gross, a Canadian businessman, for fraud. Gross was led to believe the left-handed Fender Stratocaster he received from Bailey in a trade was used by Kurt Cobain on his last concert tour.
